The glow of Discovery
 |
|
| [Note Guidelines] 艺术家笔记 |
This is another view of Mt. Discovery from McMurdo. Again, the 2692 meter tall mountain is about 40 miles (~65 km) from me and this great atmospheric thickness has resulted in some haziness in the picture.
Usually the summit of this extinct volcano is covered in stormy clouds and in that respect it is a shy mountain. It seldom shows up with such a glow as it basks in the sun! For a more dynamic photo of Mt. Discovery please see my earlier post.
I am glad to share these Antarctic views with fellow TEs. Thanks for your encouragement! |

Hi Kausthubh! Amazing mountain. Nice colors. Very nice lightness. Beautiful point of view. Excellent panorama.
Cheers!
Hi,
The photograph is nice but the colors and contrast are poor . Its not to highlighted which was required. I find most of your photos a bit too dark. I know the same thing happen with me due to the exposure but you can surely fix it using photoshop .... See my workshop , might understand what I want to say.
regards,
Sayan
