Mount Fuji wearing Red Hat !
This famous montain alwasy offers variety of photo opportunities. Of course there are times when one has to go back home more often than not, without taking any shot at all due to sudden clouds gathering from nowhere)
But these Hat Clouds were kind to us this time, giving a perfect picture opportunity.
Taken from Lake Shojiko - smallest of the 5 lakes around mt. Fuji.
Picture post processed to add red and reduced contrast.

This is so strange. The colours are lovely, and I like the way the mountain and its "hat" rise out of the darkness.
