Une autre photo prise lors du grand matsuri qui a eu lieu le 29 juillet 2006, sur l'une des grandes avenues du centre ville. Au départ, ce sont les kimonos colorés qui ont attiré mon attention. Maintenant, je m'aperçois que l'intérêt de cette photo est peut-être ailleurs.

One more picture taken duing the big matsuri of the 26 july 2006, in the big principal avenue of Miyazaki. The coloured kimonos caught my eyes. Finally, the photograph has now another interest.

It beats me why you chose to convert this to B&W - if there's one thing the original shot has going for it, it's the vibrant colours. Even the guy's dodgy shirt adds a lot to the scene!
Your panoramic crop works well here, and I like the way the man is separated from the rest of the scene by the column.
Normally having so many people looking direct at the camera would be a bad thing, but here I like the strong eye contact with so many players throughout the scene.
I still think you should have posted the colour version though...
