I must admit, at first glance I first thought this was a photo from Ryōan-ji.
Ok so it might not be that, but at first you had me fooled.
I find this photo very pleasing to look at. The composition is relatively simple to get an overview of. The rock garden is placed beautifully in the center and is really catching the viewers attention straight away.
There are some elements that disturb slightly. The railing in the bottom right corner for example. It doesn't exactly fit in but from my own experience, places like this doesn't offer much ability to relocate.
So all in all I find this photo to be quite good.
