Fantastic! I remember that particular temple, and you found a great compo with those details, how beautiful to see again and again. You have nicely captured the artwork, for us to appreciate. Thanks for sharing.
Hello Angshu,
Although this is kind of a reproduction, I know well that it is not easy to get such a beautiful picture. Colors and sharpness are excellent, and besides, you did so well to include the left side.

This is a beautiful shot, the sharpness and colour is so striking. Fabulous, especially the decision to include the column in the left.
Nice One!

Bonjour Angshuman
This is a perfect take: Beautiful light and fine details on golden panel.
Sight of black column counterbalances well the embossed illustration of a temple.
Much interesting document and note.

HI Angshu
Great view of this art. The golden colours are mind blowing. Enjoy every bit of it. Lot of details to ponder. An excellent document on Buddhist architecture of Wat Mai.

Hi Angshu - I saw this totally by random and had to open the golden thumbnail, it did not disappoint, fantastic detail, I hope I can include a visit to Laos during my upcoming trip. I still haven't solidified the itinerary, there is 3 weeks in Indonesia in the beginning, and a 3 week trek period in Nepal starting late October, but in between?? Originally I intended to go to China and enter Nepal thru Tibet, but the costs and chinese bureaucracy are deterring me, maybe I will spend the time in India instead (Himachal Pradesh loop + Amritsar). After Nepal I can either go back to Delhi, then travel to Gwalior- Orchha-Khajuraho-Varanasi-Boghdaya-Kolkata, and fly to Bangkok - OR - skip India and fly to Bangkok via a few days in expensive Bhutan, and have time to fly to Laos after Bangkok, so many decisions, so little time.
