[Note Guidelines] 艺术家笔记
A few months ago I've posted a few photos of Mertola before sunrise. This was one of the last ones I've taken on that day. In the foreground, still in the shade, we have the Guadiana River.
Mertola is a beautiful small town situated in the south of Portugal and what we see here is the historical part, the castle and the old city inside the walls. Mertola has been Moorish for a long time and the memories of that period are still very present there.
On the top, on the right side, we see a white church that was once the mosque and usually, every two years there's an Islamic Festival to re-create the old days.

A superb village in excellent light from a well chosen POV.... colors and sharpness OK.. maybe the dark zone below is a bit too big, but still this is a nice view!

Ah, back to Portugal,Ana! The clear sky,the strong line of the wall and the darkness of the lower frame gives this one a strong and geometric composition. The light is lovely and the detail is clear, showing so well the cityscape of one of these ancient walled towns. Regards Kevin

A very nice view of the town in a very pleasant sunlight. The dark foreground helps to bring out the white houses very nicely. The blue sky is a great background too. Very well done!

H� pouco mais de um m阺 lembrei-me desta tua s閞ie ao nascer do sol, pois passei por duas vezes por M閞tola ao fim do dia. � realmente uma vila muito pitoresca, principalmente com esta luz de tons quentes sobre o casario branco. Parece-me que a tua ideia de ter ido para o outro lado do Guadiana foi excelente, pois os reflexos no vale escuro tornam-na muito especial; s鉶 como que um pr閙io para os olhares mais atentos.

Muito bonita esta tua foto de Mertola banhada pela luz do amanhecer.
O pormenor da estrada a ziguezaguear pela encosta acima at� � cidade � muito interessante e ajuda a encher a parte inferior da foto que de outra forma estaria um pouco escura demais e sem pormenores visiveis, na minha opini鉶, talvez se tivesses 'aberto' mais os meios tons num layer separado conseguisses obter mais detalhes nesta zona da foto.
De resto, a foto est� muito bonita.

this is a beautiful and great view of the village. The soft light illuminated this scene just so perfectly, giving it a rich tone and colors. The blue sky with feather like cloud in the morning light is just perfect for the backdrop of this charming village and the castle perched up on the hill. Like this panoramic view of Mertola. You've shown us the church on the right before. The view allows us to see the white houses as they rise up the hill. The castle draws the eye rightaway! We can also see reflection in the moat in the FG. Good work!
