a dead fish... a blurry knife... a young cook... and a sweating photographer... what a quartet,LOL... i like this one a lot george, especially the expression on the face of the dead fish is so cool, like he is so surprised to see what you're doing... (what were you doing in the kitchen of the restaurant for god's sake man?... couldnt pay the bill and had to wash the dishes?!?!>:PPP...)
best...

Yup, that looks like a tilapia in the midst of all the kitchen tools and utensils like something moving on the conveyor belt. Best eaten when steamed as it is then some pepper, white juicy soft fish meat...rgds, Alex

Since the red pasqual fishes and since the giant nightmarish Roman shark and other tilapias, also because I think that you like fishing, I've observed your fascination with these creatures - thanks goodness you are not doing the same work with meat, I would desert your gallery !
But your fishes are more seductive, this one is no exception ; lifeless but still shiney and even expressive, ready to be fried and grilled ; I like the way you magnify your chosen subjects and give them meaning with all a context still visible at the back.
... Scared to face the outside world, really ? You give me the impression to fear very few things...
Another great one !
Cath.
Spojrzmy prawdzie w oczy - rybka lubi plywac :)
Kadr twoj sztandarowy. Bez 100 ml C2H5OH sie do niego nie zabieraj :)
Pozdrawiam serdecznie
W like weekend
Hahaha. What to say George. What so say...
Are you sure it is Tilapia?!
Dennis
Tilapia? I could bet that this is a piranha! Look at those teeth, sharper than that Italian shark of yours!
One was lying gloriously on the streets of Rome, one is lying miserably on the Canadian bench, both waiting to be chopped off and cooked.
And think of it: How good it is to be a human being and participating in TE, fighting bitterly for our photos everyday... What if we were fish as well, being the hopless heroes of those photos?...

lol, and this comes from the man who some time ago told me he never (almost) shoots dead fish? hehe. the fish does look like a piranha though... at least judging by those teeth. well, end of the line for it one way or the other... at the end of that bar...
another green devil for you, george!
cheers,
k.
