We had moved from 'sunny' Bournemouth only two weeks before this shot was taken and it was my wife's first experience of heavy snow in the UK. She could not wait to get out and into the snow and 'play', or to be more accurate, to clear it off the cars.
She is seen here framed in the centre panel of the window doing just that whilst the lady with the two children waits for the bus and watches from the shelter across the road.
