| The Magic of Lanterns event, on a different theme each year, introduces visitors to different facets of traditional Chinese culture. The hundreds of lanterns, made entirely of silk, are designed in Montr閍l and meticulously handcrafted by artists from Shanghai. They are then shipped by boat all the way to the Botanical Garden, where they add their special and unique glow to the fall sky in Montr閍l. |

Wow, I've never actually heard of this festival in Montreal. But it looks fascinating, I will have to try and make it there one year. Nice reflections, and balance of light.
