Thanks for liking the picture. If you can see, the wooden posts are in steps. First it climb the fist step and then its trainer slowly place the other step and goat climb up while maintaining balance.

Thanks for comment. During my stay there fountains only run for one hour after sunset. Night life in Vientiane is closed after 10 or 11pm. There is curfew after 11 by Law, although it is not enforced...

The picture I am looking for is really amazing. A small boy caring a huge (really very huge) bag made of Gas behind his cycle. And the bag is made of cloth.
