To borax: vignetting
Hi Stephane,
I was actually surprised by the vignetting with the Canon 17-40, at least at 17 mm. In this case I corrected the falloff in luminosity in the bottom corners but decided to leave it in the sky as I quite liked the effect for precisely the reason you mentioned. I noticed that the Mk II has a function to automatically correct for falloff in luminosity at corners so I'll have to check that out. Thanks for your critique. John
