See above - I wrote to Brent Conver 27th June. I had a reply as follows this morning.

"I just wanted to let you know we have this in our development queue and we should begin work on it this week. Sorry for the delayed response we have been a bit backed up. I will email you once I’ve received confirmation the fix is live."

We shouldn't have long to wait!

The same issue with the country map: two days ago I uploaded my 1st photo of Burgundy ("Bougogne" in french) and it's still not in yellow yet (after at least one daily system update)... <a href="http://www.trekearth.com/map.php?ctr=France&member=Loic_bzh"target="_blank" >click here</a> to see what I mean...
