Hello Tomas,
This is an impressive building with interesting architecture. I also like the flags on the side. It does seem strange that there is no traffic, but maybe the cars came by after you took this photo. :-) I think the photo needs something more to make it stand out, maybe a frame would help, or a simple adjustment in the cropping. The colors are very nice, though.

To worldcitizen: Traffic operations
The image was taken quickly in the second just as the car had a red traffic light. The crop I think. But I wanted to showcase the tremendous width of the boulevard, which is typical for Moscow, but it surprised me. Thank certainly a criticism.
