To FORJP001: Deception island

Tonight I was travelling with the TE browser with the word ANTARTICA; the gallery shows 65 shots... This abandoned whaling station along the black sand beach of Whaler's Bay catched my eye.
Thanks to the photographer's note, It helps and the viewer dream to be in such a beautiful place. (Jean-Pierre)

Thank you for your comment Jean-Pierre, I'm happy the image (and note) was able to convey the experience of that strangely beautiful island.
