Hi Dan. A nice shot to commemorate your TE anniversary; you are one of the steady and reliable contributors not only of interesting photographic content, but of vivid and well-written notes. Regarding the experience that you describe this time, I can only say that I'm glad that you looked through their trick just in time and managed to retain all your possessions. The photo itself is well made, with a good tech to give a modern touch to the whole and illustrate the movement at nighttime. Too bad I couldn't meet you in Japan this time but on the other hand I'm glad to know that you managed to use the time for an extensive European tour during which you saw a whole lot of the place.

Hi Norbert,
seems like you had a really good time in Japan even without meeting me (joke) I will be back in Japan early next year, I dont know if you will make it back for visit number 3, or I could pop down to your home town in Germany, but that would only happen after 2 years time, when i get back from Japan. I guess the reason I went around Europe was because I was in Japan and south east Asia for 4 years and I needed to Trek around the world and I did some of it I guess. I met with Berek in Turkey and he was suprised that you and Zig spent 10 hours snapping away!!! cool though. Take care Dan
