Hello MALgo,
This Muslim village is still 'Exist' ... now, it has expanded ... I mean more houses like these on stilts.
Even the mosque has added two more minarets and in golden colour not green in this picture.
Having said that, I do like the look of this old muslim village , its look tidier ( in a small way ).
Ha!Ha! I've seen this lizard everywhere in Thailand, even at a Klong in Bangkok.
I think this fishing village was spared from the tsunami. I can see this place in Google map.
