Hi Gert!
It`s a pleasure to see your old and good scans.Here are many fine details tom view, the different kinds of transportation, the policeman with helmet, the still working of carrying goods on the head....
I wonder about the diagonal lines non the ground looking like an old raillway or tram track.

Yes, those lines were tram tracks, probably old but still in use in 1991. Most probably the trams are still running along this street.
