Photographer's Note

- Niokolo-Koba Indian Lookout The favourite place of our friend Andrew, on the roof of our second vehicle, it guided us in most postponed corners of the reserve that he knows as his pocket, after twelve years in Senegal as professor of mathematics cooperating at the university of Dakar, he counts no more his visits of the reserve, he never forgets to salute in the villages of security guards which know it perfectly. Just like that ends my series on the Senegal and the wildlife sanctuary of Niokolo-Koba, splendid more than 913.000 square kilometres, 800 km of track, if you have opportunity almost visit this place, which, in spite of its beauty and its diversity, accepts only few visitors, it's owed to its distance of the capital Dakar (700 km), but it's sometimes one more, the animals remained very wild and do not pose in front of the photographer, it's necessary to give evil to take them, it's the the opposite of South Africans parks. Today, it's still better, reserve merged with the neighbouring park of Guinea-Bissau.
