Hi Zbigniew,
What a beautiful portrait of this little girl enjoying her biscuit ! Everything is perfect in it : Her stare at you, as you mention, creating a sense of interaction, the suavity of her skin and of her hair faming her round, chubby face, and the contrast between the horizontal lines and her tee-shirt, and the vertical lines of the railings behind.
