After some days off, crossing the technological storm, here we go!
Ermoupolis is one of the most scenic towns I knew in my life, there is the lower part near the port and two pyramidal hills covered with houses and stairs, each one crowned by a church. Here we can see the oldest part, the hill where Venetians got refuge during the pirate times.

Ermoupolis � uma das cidades mais c阯icas que conheci at� hoje, h� o casario ao redor do porto e atr醩 dele duas colinas c鬾icas, cobertas de casas e escadarias, cada uma coroada com uma igreja. Vemos aqui a colina mais antiga, local onde os Venezianos buscaram ref鷊io contra os ataques dos piratas.

Hi Jorge,

Hope you have not given up with T after the recent problems. I like the repetition of the tightly packed whitewashed houses clinging to the steep hillside. Good sharpness and a fine upward pov with the hilltop church providing a fine focal point. Tfs!

Hello Jorge, it was really the storm on TE, but luckily it is over :). splendid view of this white town on the hill, a bit similar like the villages in Andalucia. Awesome view indeed.
Hmmm, I like your Greek series but I am also curious where you have been this year. When I have new trip, I am eager to show the new pictures.

I really like how the town is built against the steep slopes of the hill. I like the diagonal lines of the photo leading to the pastel yellow building on top of the hill. The blue sky is a good background for the houses.

This is an excellently composed photo. It's a beautiful view of the hill with the impressive church on the top. It is well balanced by the more empty hill in the background and the quite expressive sky. It seems that Ermoupoliuscould be well worth a visit.

Despues de una semana sin poder entrar a la pagina, incluso he tenido que cambiar mi "password", de nuevo puedo comunicar con todos vosotros.
Ideal composicion, con este acercamiento de la cima de la colina, y las casas escalando la misma, con la iglesia coronando la misma cima, ideal como destaca la poblacion, sobre ese cielo de intenso azul.
Muy buena nitidez, exposici髇 y luminosidad.
