Photographer's Note
Rickshaws survive in Kolkata, but only in small pockets, localised to some special localities. Rest aside all issues related to it, it is still a symbol of some timeless parts of this city.
I tried out my new wide lens with this shot. A great day out with Samir.

This is really a high leven photo, well above the average !
Suitable for a reportage series. Perfect pov, and choice of the slow shutter speed.
Excellentm, great colours, catch at the right moment

Allô Amad,
Excellente composition et belle diagonale formée par la roue en avant-plan. Le flou de la voiture est aussi intéressant et donne l'impression de mouvement. Belle présentation et bon rendu des couleurs.
Tous mes compliments,
Emilius

Hi Arnab,
It is true that this picture is timeless.
I like how the movement of man and the rickshaw is visible.
Best regards

Hi Arnab
Good composition where movement of the vehicle is the theme and it justifies the same. I like the wheel of the rickshaw which is in the lower third corner of the frame and mysteriously standing. Good observation.
Cheers

I like this shot Arnab of a rickshaw OOF showing the motion
The blue wall is an appropriate BG and I like your inclusion of a second rickshaw wheel at the FG
So Indian
Well done

Hello Arnab,
Fascinating shot. The movement blur makes the man in the riskshaw looks like a ghost, while in the rikshaw puller the same blur creates an image of strength. I'm not that enthusiastic about the high pov on the wheel in the front of the picture.

yeah, the distortion is written all over or should i say a 10-20 written all over ! am not too sure about the level at which youve composed this but the elements and the slow shutter surely are the strongest aspects of the this frame..
man pulling man

Hey Arnab
i do feel sad for the Rickshaw pullers, but also know that this is the only means of survival for them.
love the dynamism in the photograph. also one the few rickshaw pullers i am seeing whose actually wearing a chappal. which part of Kolkata was this captured in?
take care
ciao
