Photographer's Note
Lower Sun worked as a spotlight on the yellow railing and the wooden piles of the pier....A stroke of
luck that I could not let pass.
I found the rough sea nice for the foreground..

Hi Robert!
A very good work!
You choosed the best point of view in order to compose the scene, the depth sense, the pier leading our view till the end... and good technical skills too, deserving this water effect...Good colours and contrasts indeed!!
Have a nice day...

Hello Robert,
A wonderful example of the use of simple shapes, light and colour. The pier on the diagonal disappearing into the distance provides the strong graphic shapes while the silky water and soft, cloudy sky add atmosphere. This is a very beautiful image - well done.

Hello Robert - Nice to see you back! What works for me here is the colour connection between the sunlit railings on the pier and the distinct echo in the pinky-oranges in the sky. As always your composition is very good and you have produced a shot with lovely balance and colour harmony. Best regards Rosemary

Hi Robert
Simple but very esthetic and elegant compo with the long perspective of the colorful bridge, associated to a dark threatening sky and waters, shot I suppose with a rather long exposure
Bravo

Dag Robert,

Bedankt.
Prettig weekend,
John.

Hi Robert,
It's wonderful how the orange railings of the bridge match the tinges of the same color in the sky. The snowy white water look marvelous too. Excellent picture.

Hi Robert,
great depth, I didn't know that there is such a long pier in Kołobrzeg. it looks so strange out of season that there is no one around. Melancholic mood in this way. Interesting view of the empty beach and long waves. So you came to Poland again! Superb shot.

Actually the rough sea is one of the feature I like best. But It's the long perspective created by the pier which make the composition appealing and so effective. and of course the lovely chromatic contrast between the well illuminated rail with its warm colour and the dark sky. You are good in capturing moods.

Hi Robert,
I was about to say, that it looks like you shine a spot like on the foreground, then I saw your title. Yes, the sun light does a fantatic natural spot light for you, I love the swirling motion of the wave, the soft texture of the sand, make me wish to take my shoes off and walk on the sandy beach. The pier adds really good perspective and it lead us in to the horizon where the ocean meat the dramatic sky, once again, a very special mood due to the clouds and the sun set light illuminated part of the clouds.
Beautiful shot, with good exposure and beautiful rich color and well balanced composition. Just beautiful like a painting.

Hi Robert,
the graphical effect created by the use of a long exposure time is spectacular, the image has an amazingly beautiful atmosphere, and a touch of mystery as well.
The oblique perspective of the pier is deep and elegant, and the low sun light gives a few beautiful tonalities on its elements.
A superb work!
Best regards,

Hi Robert
Another great slow shutter slow amidst a dazzling array of colors and a real feast awaiting to be explored. Good dof and orientation, sense of movement and dynamism with the vivid orange of the railing remains as strong focal awaiting to be included in the frame. Indeed this is a fine seascape shot and peacefulness makes this image more complete. Well taken and presented. Very good work my friend, Congrats,
Kind regards

Hi Robert,
Just a little kiss of sunlight can certainly set the tone for a photo, giving it just the added touch of beauty and ambiance...and sometimes it just takes that luck of being in the right place at the right time! :) I like the distance from the pier in this shot, allowing the water and sky to be more of the attraction with the contrasting direction of clouds and flow from the long exposure. The virtual swirl pattern from the foreground tide adds a dynamic feel to the scene...and the rest, well...your signature quality! Well done as always!
Friendly regards,
Jason
