During my visit to the petting zoo, this little boy saw among the goats on his journey of discovery.
But under the watchful eye of his mother.
I asked the mother for permission to take this photo
It's always nice to be able to follow children on a journey of discovery

Hello John, a charming shot of the little boy with the goats. The goats must have seemed quite large to the boy, he doesn't look frightened at all.

it's a very cute photo of the goats and the small boy. He doesn't look afraid and the goats were probably smart enough to understand the he wouldn't harm them. I have noticed a number of times that goats are quite clever animals.

Hi John,

A very pleasant scene to see. I love animals but I think it is a fascinating experience for a child to interact with them. I like to see when children get a lick on the face of a puppy or any other docile animal. Beautiful photo you got here.

Nieuwsgierig kijkt hij naar de voor hem misschien nog onbekende dieren.
Ik herinner me dat toen ik heel klein was mijn grootouders een geit hadden en ook dat ik de melk ervan niet lustte :)

Hi John,
very charming scene. I have a lot of photos like this taken of my daugther on nearby farms but I cannot show them here since you cannot show relatives on TE, but they make such a wonderful subject bith children and animals.
Here a very nice spot and the goats seem to kiss each other while the child brings even more color and wartmth to the scene.

Hello John,

I agree with you, it is always a treat to see children interacting with nature and learning, from an early age, the importance of animals and husbandry.
The two goats and the small child make a very effective f/g trio, all nicely connected.
The b/g gives us a wider understanding of the context.
I imagine it will be much busier in later spring, despite the Covid problems.

Hello John,
It's a beautiful picture of a 'Kinderboerderij' where the kids love playing and interacting with animals.
I see that it's quite a big farm and so much spaces for the kids to run about and have fun with the natures.
I think it's good that the boy is under the watchful eye of his mother. Because I see one goats with horns , of course they are harmless :-)

Hi John.

A great courage of the child and, the goats showing a respect for the toddler. A very nice spring presentation, the only obstacle to overcome is the mask and social distancing, let's hope for the the best. TFS!!!
