Photographer's Note
This is a tourist 'shop' on a beach of Djerba. They use the sand as a display case to their merchandise, producing a nice visual effect.
I have posted already a photo shot on the exact same place on the same day and you can find a couple of other examples of Tunisian pottery and other handicraft on this travelogue of mine.
Djerba is a charming little island on Southern Tunisia, maybe a little damaged (it could be worse...) by the quantity of huge package holidays hotels like the one that is visible on the background of this WS.
The beach is awesome, with warm and clear water, a real paradise at half the price of the Caribbean.
You can find additional notes on Djerba on the first of my posts the Guellala museum.

Curiosa imagem, Jose. O elemento repetitivo ficou bem retratado. Algumas pernas entre estes vasos teria talvez enriquecido a imagem.

Olá José,
very nice arrangement, the repetition of pottery rows in the sand is an interesting theme. Well chosen POV with a soft diagonal line and good crop knowing the original. Do they have each day the same order or is it changing with each new placement?

The pots and their shadows making interesting patterns on the sand. They remind me of chess pieces for some reason. It's not quite as visually satisfying as the plate one, as the arrangement is less regimented; I think it is the bottom two rows which spoil the effect a bit. I can just imagine the reaction of the vendor if you had tried to re-arrange them. ;)
Nevertheless a good graphical work.

Hola Jose,
Saludos cordiales

Hello José,
Beautifuly shot of the pottery merchant's display, featuring excellent perspective, vivid colors and definition. The version in ws is also very good, even though the cars are in the background. You could dodge the cars, or just leave them in.
Warm regards,
Bulent

Interessante a composição, José.

It may be touristy but it makes an eye catching photo Jose, I've been to many touristy places but I've never seen anything like this , instead of umbrellas, they have a very photogenic display of souvenirs here, having that single toy "camel" at front is cute.

Bem visto.

Olá José,
Uma imagem inesperada, por ser na areia.
Curioso a Tunísia ser at half the price of the Caribbean..
