Hi Tola,
Not always easy without tripod to catcch this kind of scene. You succeed here with agood dynamism in the backround and a foreground neat. But frankly, I don't understand your choice of cropping : why keeping this post on the left and the car at the bottom ? I propose a WS without these elements, I think that we focuse more on the man and the activity.
