Amazingly 'Dynamic". The composition is excellent. With the huge number of onrushing waves - it must indeed be very difficult to concentrate on a single instance of ecstasy. The bellowing clouds in the sky and the swirling sea is broken by an upsurge of a single widespread wave. The motion of the clouds reflected by the light from the left is manifested at a much higher degree of dynamism by the sharp shadows of the onrushing water on the right.
The texture is fantastic and the overall effect - awesome.
All credit goes to the craftsman-ship of the photographer.
