Hello Gueguel, a feast for the eyes with all the beautiful colours and fabulous patterns of the fabrics.
The men take no notice of you, too busy with their work.
Are the men sat or stood? I can抰 quite work it out.
A good observation of everyday life.

Hello Miguel,
Many women who have visited this shop will adorn the streets with their beautiful bright saris. This photo gives us a good idea of the amazing number of patterns and colours available. How could anyone make up her mind when there is such a great choice? Apart from a bright spot near the top there is a very even and pleasant light in the entire photo.

I can recognize sari fabric in many colors, miguel.
Captured fairly well with those colors, just the bulg glare on the back is a bit disturbing, but altogether a nice picture from the big city.

Hello Miguel,

What a fine photograph, revealing the splendid range of fabrics, patterns and colours that can be obtained from shop.
The inclusion of the figures brings the shop to life.

Believe it or not, we have a very similar shop only a few miles from our house.
The shop is owned and run by Pakistani immigrants. The shop is just amazing and is frequented by all ethnic and indigenous people. The range of fabrics is amazing the prices are very reasonable.

The textile exists in India in all colours and with many different patterns.
A store of fabrics is a very colourful thing to photograph.
On this photo both men are nicely surrounded on all sides by the beautiful fabrics.

Hello Miguel, I remember well such shops in India. Pity you haven't shown here the women trying to choose the best fabric for their saree. Incredible for us from the West, how the sellers can sit like this for hours.

A colourful market in Mumbai that reminds me of some places in Turkey I saw selling rugs. Although these look more like bed sheets and doonas. Tfs!

India seems to be such a colorful country!
In particular the colorful clothes attract the attention.
The ladies decorate almost every spot in the country with their dresses but as you have showed here also the material shops are a great subject for photography since they store so many colorful materials!!!

Una maravillosa foto, estas tiendas textiles con tal enormidad de cortes de tela para sari es para perderse como en un museo, y son unas telas tan preciosas con dibujos y juego de colores tan originales y diferentes a lo que acostumbramos a ver en Europa, que a mi me apasionaba entrar con alguna amiga de viaje para ayudarla a elegir telas.
Un magnifico colorido que da mucha riqueza a la imagen.
Muy buena gestion de la iluminaci髇 y muy buena nitidez.

this is a scene that is probably everywhere in India haha, but here in Canada - not so much :) the colors make it very attractive and we are drawn to it right away. I like that you surrounded the scene with colours and the people are in the middle. cheers
