Picture taken from the state capital of Sikkim, i.e, Gangtok. liked the play of shadow and light in the valley and mountain at opposite side. Liked the marvellous view with contrasting colours. The view is here. Hope you'll like it.

I like mountains views , and this one is splendid . Fine contrasts created by the game of light and shade ; Contrats , too , between the rural landscape in the FG , and the wild forest in the second ground .

indeed a very interesting play of light and shadows.
It seems to have a bit trouble with the resolution, like if you were taking it with a extreme zoom value.

yes, it's true, the play of light and shadows in this valley is a very important factor in the beauty of this composition.
And sure, the contrast between the zones illuminated by the Sun and the zones under the shade of the clouds, makes the green tonalities of the landscape more powerful.
I like the depth and the quality of the image.
