Photographer's Note
Four years ago, I posted a Ralam Pass panoramic view and I left this picture on my hard drive because the light was not nice enough.
Compare to the panorama, you are looking on the other side of the pass (4666 meters above sea level), in the direction of the Suitila and the Trigal range.

thats a fantastic shot,great light management to show details,even with a bright sky and glaring snow.what makes the pic for me is the pile of stones on the left 3rds line.

Hi Stephane,
What a superb location. It makes me miss the high country and want to return to the Himalayas. The sharp peaks are captured in a hauntingly realistic way and the foreground rocks are another remarkable feature. Excellent framing and professional standard.
