This is a beautiful portrait photo with absolutely tonnes of human interest. Your note describes this woman's life as quite tough, and that seem to come across in her expression too, but the colors are so explosive and vibrant. Catching this lady in profile adds a really nice extra touch. Great photo

hello Livia, How nice to see you here, I hope that you return to post pictures on TE :). Excekllent photo of this old lady from Gujarat. Interesting painting on hands (henna?) and also the holes in ears. Nice composition and superb colours.
