Photographer's Note
Categorisimg a shot into 'Nature' and 'Archirecture' might seem a little fishy. But no jokes here, neither am I drunk, in Borong you'll find beautiful cottages like these amongst nature at its purest.
Borong is not a very popular destination for tourists, its only an upcoming one(like maby others in Sikkim). Only time can say whats in store for this place in the future, but as on date, its one one of the most silent and most tranquil places I've ever been.Add to that the view of the Eastern Himalayan ranges(though MtK cant be viewed from Borong) that lit up the sky of Borong.
These cottages are the only accomodation in Borong and they are a part of the 'Wild flower retreat'.
I have not done any PP in this one apart from a slight crop from top to get rid of the OE sky.
Please tell me how you like it.

Hi Sagar,
This seems to be the idea of perfect weekend amidst nature.I always loved to see and promote these offbeat destinations.Love the way you composed the shot - almost luring us to visit this place and stay at this cottage. Its not fishy - Architecture amidst nature is the best way to enjoy nature.Good composition.Little over saturated colours still good one.Mr.Dibyendu Ghosh surely will love to see this one.
Greetings,
Dhurjati

Hi Sagarneel,
An original architecture which resembles a little bit our country cottages of mountain in France. Indeed pretty nest to spend pleasant holidays. A priori the landscape seems splendid with this diversified vegetation. Judicious choice to crop the over exposed sky.
With all my friendships of France,

Dear Sagarneel,
now there is almost no true, pure, and wild nature on the earth...we can meet only the humanized nature. but precious places like the front of wild nature are reserved somewhere.
I think this cottage may be one view point to face the wild nature.
this base is piled stones and the house is made of woods, I don't know there are water, electric power etc, but we can stay with rather wild life there.
nice contrast of green and brown is comfortable.
thank you,
Akihisa

Hi Sagarneel,
lovely place to hide:-) and rest...and enjoy.
I like the lush greens of the vegetation, the brown wood, the overall mood. To me it looks like there is a small tilt to the right in the perspective of the house, that could be redressed. A lovely view.
Cheers from Belgium

Hi Sagar,
Really beautiful composition of this resort. In my recent trip to Ravangla I've heard this place's name quite a few times and will surely visit it to stay very close to nature.Dhurjati-Did u mean "Mr.Dibyendu Ghosh" who runs three hotel in Rinchenpong? Then I'd say this particular resort "Wild flower retreat" (not Wild flower resort) is also his property. Now he's a proud owner of hotels in all the three great places Rinchenpong,Uttarey and this Borong.Really appreciate his work for us.We've stayed in his Rinchenpong hotel and saw a picture of Borong completely covered with snow in winter.Hope the place don't get crowded by plenty of tourists and lose its importance.
TFS Sagar........

Hi Sagar. Touched an old shot from your gallery. Found it tempting -- not only in its beautiful composition but in its beckoning to have a weekend there. Great. Looking forward to see such beauties.Regards.
