This is a very nice photo, but I would have liked to have seen you make a few changes or attempt some different shots. The background is very evocative of Laos, and I think the young lady on the right has a wonderful face! The two youngsters on the left are okay, but don't do much for the photo in my opinion. She really makes the difference and I wish you had focused on her with some different angles or close-ups. Nicely done.
