Hello friends in TE.

Cameron Highlands is famous for its tea. This one was captured at Bharat Tea Estate.

Cameron Valley or Bharat Tea Estate is located at the main road going up to Tanah Rata from Ringlet. It has great views of the estate from the tea and souvenir shop located around 5 km up from Ringlet on the main Tanah Rata road.

A pioneer business family of Cameron Highlands, originated from Uttar Pradesh, India. the Bharat Group of Companies established here since 1933, today comprises of a total of eight companies, of which Cameron Bharat Platations is the most renowed.

It is the second largest tea producer in Malaysia, producing Cameron Valley Tea which is synonymous with exquisite highland tea. Cameron Valley tea shop offers tea with cakes, scones with cream and strawberry jam, just the perfect accompaniment on a visit to the highlands. An audio-video presentation provides visitors a glimpse into what goes into making the perfect cup of tea.

Interesting and useful note to go with this pleasant composition. I like the point of view with the fields of tea trees rising up the hillside. The many shades of green contrast well with the peerless blue sky.

A very beautiful composition with these slopes covered with tea plants, the well-defined lines of its streets, gives a beautiful graphic to the composition, interesting color contrast between the green of the first part and the color of the background drier, is something that surprises me.

This is a great composition. The shifting colours of the bushes look lovely and they create very fine lines along the nicely undulating hillside. From this distance the bushes look so soft I would like to touch them. The light is wondreful and the colours are superb.

Hi Jusni,

pretty view of this tea fields. I like tea here in Brazil we have many but the most common is "mate" tea. But green tea is famous byt it power to reduce weight.

Hi Jusni,
Interesting capture of tea fields. The harvest might be very physical in such a place ! I like the irregular lines formed by the tea bushes. Maybe I would have cropped to remove the trees on the left and upper part of the hill, in order to center the picture on the graphism of the field. Regards,

Hi Jusni

Excellent bird view of the Tea plantation with all shades of green. Before I broke my left wrist we were exploring the Chiang Rai region in northern Thailand, were we discovered a tea plantation. I should have gone to the highest point and shot a similar shot. will have to do it next time.

I loved the Cameron Highlands, I think they were one of my favourite places in Malaysia and the cool climate was such a relief from the humidity of KL. I have not seen them in blue skies before, and your photo is spectacular and beautiful. The textures and definition are impressive, along with the vibrant colours. Thanks for sharing.
