Photographer's Note
after visiting the MALL oF ASIA around 5pm, we came around to this post office building of the philippines.
this shot was taken inside a moving car (maybe 30-40 km), windows slightly tinted. the original picture came out bad, dark and slanted.
find the time today, doing nothing and started playing around with the other function of JascPaintShop. adjusting the colors, brightness, manual rotation and many others.
and here is what i came up with. please give me some critiques on what other things i should have done to better the pix.
thanks.

I like the PP. I think it gives the photo a painterly effect. The evening light is nicely captured. The colors are strong, but soft at the same time. Good work.

good to see that you took time snapping up this photo. however, i just find that the photo quality is somewhat hazy(maybe it's due to the tinted window)... i strongly suggest to manipulate this photo using a more powerful editing software such as photoshop - curves, brightness/contrast and sharpen are the primary things that you can do with this.
Overall, your picture is quite impressive (..i bet the traffic is very bad at this time; that's why you where able to shoot this ;) ).
