Photographer's Note

Energetic street vendors walking fast at the end of day - a very common scene in the bustling old quarter in Hanoi. They are amongst the many street vendors who go to the wholesale market very early in the morning and sell their wares until they have sold out, and sometimes very late in the evening.

This was a late afternoon candid fleeting moment taken through a small window amongst the heavy traffic of vehicles and pedestrians. Surely they have provided me with a colourful visual aspect and an element of story although I am not quite happy compositionally.

Hello Abmdsudi,
The two street vendors are nicely placed either side of the post. Together with their conical hats and panniers they create a pair of interesting shapes that sit well against the yellow wall. Very good technical quality.

Wonderful symmetry of the 2 women carrying balanced loads that resemble the Libra scales of justice. The yellow bg wall contrasts well with the fg blue grey pavement. Tfs!

J'aime beaucoup cette sc鑞e de rue. J'aime beaucoup le poteau au centre qui coupe litt閞alement l'image en deux comme pour bien s閜arer les deux porteurs. Le jaune du mur est superbe.

Yes this is the most typical Vietnam image! This image can be the promotion poster, Visit Vietnm, I am sure.
The best timing when two ladies were nicely separated by pole, and the yellow wall color is so tatsy and makes very calm atmosphere.

Well taken while they step in front of the yellow wall, a good compo. I know, the concrete pole is not welcome, but it's street photography, you can't change the background.

I only saw 2 or 3 times people using these hats and objects in china, I presume it is something becoming rare there. nice the way you divided the image in two parts.
