Photographer's Note
From a side street somewhere in the old quarter, a Hanoian artist deeply engrossed as he immersed himself in creating at his fascinating workshop. Much to my surprise and delight, he gave me free reign to get as close as I liked. I can't thank the Artist enough for his generosity of spirit.
Totally absorbing to watch....

Hello Abmdsudi, two lovely pictures, perfectly presented in black and white.
The lighting in the main post partially highlights the face of the artist and the portrait, excellent.
Kind regards,Jean.

Hello Abmdsudi,
A good and well-composed photo of this artist at work. He is seen well from the side along with his latest work of art. Excellent play of light and shadows and a fine contrast between the dark and white parts.

Hello Abmdsudi,
He was obviously a true artist, confident in his own ability and perhaps just a little flattered that you were so interested in him and his work. I have seen street artists not so happy with close attention, quite often because they are slowly filling in a picture which has already been printed on the canvas; they are not originals!
For once, I really like the shadows; they are generating an atmosphere which makes us look with greater concentration on the images in the photograph. There is enough there to really engage with us.
Of course, in the w/s, we see the artist much more clearly and what a bright, cheerful guy he seems to be!
Keep safe,
Bev :-)

Hello Abmdsudi,
This photo has a dreamy quality to it, and I like how the lighting falls on the faces of both the artist and the subject. I also like the warm smile in the WS photo. Take good care...
