Photographer's Note

The amazing thing I found about Cuba was that it exceeded expectations in just about every respect. I knew before my first trip that it was supposed to ooze music from every pore, and it really does. This guy, sitting in busy part of old Havana, full of tourists, wasn't even busking (no tin), just amusing himself, and really good. It wouldn't surprise me if there were more world class musicians in Havana than in the rest of the world.

Technical details, I slightly cropped this to make the door almost fill the frame. Since he was so much in the shade I decided to use fill-in flash, but forgot the gloss paint, so a bit of PS post processing got rid the glare just to the right of his head.
