love the originality of this shot. Not many would see the power and impact of a shot like this. It demonstrates the age and real history of this beautiful old city. The presence of the people has an effect of scale. The length of the street is giving depth and perspective to the composition. The point of view is showing the details of the stone walls. The good luminosity is giving nice tints to the colors. Have a nice day.

En zo perfect gelegen tussen de groene Ardense heuvels.
Het is een mooi doorkijkje geworden met de mooie stenen in de muren en op de grond.

This is a nice shot using the stone walkway to lead the eye into the shot. The side walls frame the scene nicely. The people add scale and life to the shot. The lighting and colors are great and the photo has excellent sharpness.

A well chosen point of view leads the eyes here to the town, to its towers - and it creates a very good depth.

The composition is great with good fg and the stonewalls receding into the distance as if pointing the attractive 'cones' in the bg. The subtle light & colours are just great with superb detail and contrast. People's presence create a stable frame to hold the eye. A lovely place well shot, Congrats.

A lovely image, which combine fine stone and greenery of plants and trees, I like the POV with a view of the street, which leads the eye towards the towers, I guess the castle, great management of shadows and lights.

A magnificent view of 'by then' masterly captured without any modern artifact for added credibility to a voyage in the 'time machine'.

Your older pictures are just as well thought out and hold the same appeal as recent ones, and this is certainly no different. A solid balance and wise use of the converging walls details your ability to create such strong perspectives.

This looks like an ideal path to walk, as I'm sure most of the city would be too. The family seen in the near distance is a beautiful touch that renders additional charm and personality to the visual.
