URSEL in the rain.

During my bike ride I passed this beautiful house in Ursel between Bruges and Ghent
I have not found anything to explain.
I'm sorry because I rang the bell but no one answered I think for corona conditions

Hello John,
It was a very wet day, so you were brave to go on a bicycle tour in the rain. It's a very beautiful building, so I understand that you wanted to find out something about it. Isn't there any internet site where you can search the address and learn about the building's history? We have such sites in Sweden. It doesn't matter to me, I just enjoy the nice view and the colours that turned out so well despite the rain.

Oh, I think this shows so much dedication, that you rang the bell to learn about the history of the house! 10/10

It is a very large and imposing residence and looks as if it was built for an important person, when you notice the fine decorative brickwork. This would have cost so much more than just using red brick.
The weather looks damp but this has not spoilt your ability to capture a sharp photograph, with good colours.

beautiful architecture indeed. The weather not entirely optimal with the white sky but I suppose this makes it quite natural with also wet pavement adding another element of a typical rainy day mood.

Hallo John,
Niet meteen de allermooiste dag om te gaan fietsen.
Indien nodig, kon je hier beschutting vinden tegen de ingangsdeur.
De gevel rechts heeft een prachtig bovengedeelte.
Vooraan in het midden zien we een groot zwart bord dat me doet denken aan een informatief bord bij een monument. Vermoedelijk is het iets anders of geeft het info over iets anders dan het huis.
Ondanks de regen een zeer helder beeld.
