Eumolpia, Pulpudeva, Philipopolis, Trimontium, Pyldin, Philibe, Plovdiv - This are the names given to Plovdiv during its 8000 years of history.
Plovdiv had 8 hills (tepeta) Kamenitza, Taxim, Nebet, Jambaz, Bunarjik, Sahat, Jendem and Markovo. Some books tolking about 9th hill called Laut. Kamenitca were demolished from the Romans, to rebuild the City of Trimontium. Markovo were demolished during the pavement of Plovdiv. Taxim, Nebet, and Jambaz are gathered together and is the place were the Romans are established The City of Trimontium

On the picture you are seeing Bunarjik on the right, Sahat, on the left and Jendem in the middle. I took that shot from Nebet .
