Photographer's Note

This is B鴕sen, a 17th-century stock exchange, which now serves as headquarters for the Danish Chamber of Commerce. It is situated next to Christiansborg Palace, the seat of the Danish Parliament, on the island of Slotsholmen. B鴕sen is a popular tourist attraction, famous for its distinctive spire, shaped as the tails of four dragons twined together, reaching a height of 56 m.

The shot was made from a waterbus during our trip along canals of Copenhagen.

This building has such a lovely design, especially the tower of course. You captured it in a very nice sidelight here and your POV from the water works well too, it adds a good sense of depth and includes the people walking by nicely.

This photo shows the fine building with its remarkable tower from a very good low POV. There is a very nice light and the two persons add the human presence which I usually like to see in every street view.

I must have somewhere a picture of this remarkable architecture of the Copenhagen抯揃鴕sen� from 1969, the first time I visited Denmark. That was 5 years before the stock exchange removed this building. In 1969 the passers-by certainly did where this kind of summer clothing.

A beautiful composition, of this great and wonderful building, I had the misfortune to visit this summer but raining, but is spectacular, especially its original tower, you have more luck with sun and clouds.
A nice colorful which enhances the image.

The composition chosen successfully encapsulates all the elements you wanted to show with the pin sharp spire and the passers-by grab attention as strong focal points. Of particular interest is how the warm catch light makes the woman look graceful adding so much live and value to this capture. A shot with clear definition full of content and interest. beautiful! We don't get to see this building very often, especially from this point of view. the tall spire looks huge here. the people walking by puts everything into perspective. Looking at your shot, I really want to go back here again.

This is a very unusual, as well as beautiful, building. I would not have immediately located it in Denmark.

Your angled view is very effective, giving light to the copper-toned roof, the tall spiralled decoration and, of course, spotlighting the young lady in your f/g. A very well exposed photograph.

Только вернулся с Филиппин и Гуама, тоже ничего. )

Hi Sergiy,
I remember this characteristic tower -it is so unique. You have selected a great angle but the light was quite challenging, if feels a bit as if there was a bit fog. The clouds are lovely. People walking would be a great addition but so pity that their faces are hidden by the fence.
Great souvenir, my photos from Copenhagen were taken in pre-digital times so I cannot really share anything pretty here.
