The castle of Chamerolles: Built at the dawn of the Rebirth by Lancelot 1st of the Lake, according to plans' of a medieval fortress, Chamerolles draws up its turns in the heart of a country of ponds, with the earth of Beauce and G鈚ine. It was at the XVIIe century a high-place of Protestantism, before being returned to a more residential vocation. Property of the General Council of Loiret since 1987, Chamerolles and its Renaissance garden, which had sunk in a slow abandonment, were entirely restored. This castle and its gardens are so splendid that I think that that is worth the blow to stop there a little, this is why I will present several views in my posts of them to you to come.
