Photographer's Note

A small rowingboat in a see of mud at low tide near Mont St Michel.
I guess i don't have to write about the Mont anymore, it's already written enough here, i just hope you enjoy viewing!!

Lepo pokazano mesto i ribarski camac, dobra perspektiva i kontrast, lepo uhvacen trenutak. Priroda stvara jednistvene i nezaboravne trenutke.

I love the gloomy mood here with a very minimal colour to suit the theme. A shot that sweeps the eye throughout depicting the unpromising weather but I like the effect and the stranded boat - is vital adding drama and bit of life fitting the overall image you envisioned! Well done.

Een jaar geleden was u op een van de bekende plaatsen in Frankrijk.
Uw foto heeft een zacht en rustig gevoel van vrijheid en zachtheid.
Het verlaten bootje ligt er zo vredig bij.

Very beautiful image, with that lonely boat on the beach, which has a magnificent effect of shadows and lights, as well as the sea behind it, ideal also the textures of the image, which seems in B & W, if not, by the blue edge of the boat.

Hi Eric,one of the most different and original pic from Mont ST.Michel,no doubts. Not the usual view of the island during the low tide,but a minimalistic composition with the alone boat and its touch of blue in a black and white carpet,very professional work in PP,I like it! You have an interesting gallery for sure. Good use with the rule of thirds on this one, from the top and from the side. the dark shaded areas strangely enough provide shape and form to the image, I like that. cheers

Hello Eric, It seemed to me that I saw other picture from Mont St. Michel, but has it disappeared?? Nice picture in rather melancholic mood. Interesting colours, almost all black and white, only this pale blue left. Lovely composition.

Well-spotted, I bet every other photographer in the area had their lens directer at Mont St Michel and didn't even notice this photographic opportunity...

Geen echte zwart-wit foto hier. We vinden een sprankeltje blauwe hoop.
De foto ademt effectief eenzaamheid uit. Tevens het begin dan een donkerder periode in het jaar in onze contreien.
Niet echt meteen mijn lievelingsseizoen :)

I would feel lonely being the only colored item in the scene. The wideness of the area is creating depth. The point of view is showing the details of the rowing boat. Have a nice day.
