Photographer's Note
It is not without reason that this pretty Savoyard village is nicknamed the balcony of Mont Blanc....
I absolutely wanted to redo this photo 30 years later
my first trip here was so impressed by this landscape. The buttercups (vulgarly "buttercups") in the foreground contrast with the harshness of the mountain in the background.
The light conditions not being optimal because of a veiled sun, I had to force a little on PS.

Salut Phil,
Une superbe vue entre sommets enneigés et prairies en version printanière avec ces fleurs, parfait détail en point fort avec le village et ce joli clocher, bonne qualité de photo, tfs.

Hi Phil,
This is a classic view of Mt Blanc, mostly in the sun with a blanket of cloud above it. The foreground is very pretty with all the flowers and the village in the middle ground. Excellent depth of field. I think you could brighten up the foreground a bit more.
