Combrit Sainte-Marine

A town and two faces: one facing the sea and its long sandy beach, the other towards the countryside and woods, that Combrit Sainte-Marine, the first step after bigoud鑞e Cornwall Bridge.
From the small port of Santa Marina, through the cove and Moulin Combrit sea Odet offers the walker the sweetness of its banks along forest trails.

J'ai toujours aim� la nuit, il y a des tas de choses dedans qui parlent, qui chantent ou qui racontent.
Pas un bruit, la mer semblable � un lac endormi prend des couleurs 閠ranges, les petits bateaux sont statufi閟 (de sel !)

Beautifully captured with perfect details of this nocturnal moment. I know how is it capturing nocturnal in low light conditions. Beautiful light and exposure with good DOF. But here I would love it more if had excluded little more from bottom and keeping more sky.

Bonjour Val閞ie,

First, the photo demonstrates ideal light management. The 30-second time exposure has allowed what must have been a very dimly lit scene to become visible. Yet the water is still dark as blue-black ink. Most dramatic are the two stars that are visible. I am grateful to be exposed to the music of Mertol Şalt. His song, "Tutkunum," which I had not heard before is sensual and sweet. I opened a second window and played the music, while savoring the view of the marina in Benodet. Bodrum is also one of my favorite spots in South West Turkey. Whenever I go to Rhodes, I look in the direction of Bodrum about 25 km away. (By giving the Facebook version, you are helping Turks watch what they could not see on YouTube. As my lectures are submitted to YouTube, I am always saddened by the fact that my friends and family cannot watch episodes some of which are addressed to them.

The exposure is very good under the blue sky. The long exposure gives a silky sheen to the water and the reflections. The band of artificial light creates strong contrast. Well done!
