Photographer's Note
- Site of the Bridge of Gard, classified in the heritage of the UNESCO, is the ancient monument most visited in France, with more than a million visitors a year, it's rare to see it so without visitor. His building goes back up to first century AD, the only reason to be of this aqueduct, work of civil engineering, consisted in supporting a driving pipe, on 50 kilometers, since Uzes until Nimes, waters of the sources of Eure. Putting together of two photos.

Hello George,
nice the view of the arch bridge, with the ancient aqueduct on the back to complete the whole scenery. The contrast of the sun makes the shot difficult but is skilful enough so we can see a lot of details of this great construction.
