Photographer's Note

Vian Street, Cours Julien area, Marseille, Bouches-du-Rhone.

Following our walk in the "undergound" Marseille neighborhood. At the junction with Crud鑢e street, two beautiful frescoes face. The first, which I have not photographed, recalls the album cover "L'閏ole du micro d'argent" ("The school of Silver micro") from the rap group emblematic of Marseille, "I am". The second is a colorful mural depicting three "A" side by side. Here we see the detail of the first "A".

Salut Delphine,on peu dire que ta composition est comme une peinture abstracte,et elle est ca effectivement,capture parfaicte avec les meilleurs details et couleurs,il faut lire les notes pour comprendre quelque chose...ehehhe...belle soiree' et merci,Luciano

Hello Delphine,
If this is just a detail of the painting I should compliment you for this excerpt. It's very nicely balanced with the thick black lines surrounding the scribbled letters, dots and stars in mild colours.

A close up abstract artwork with messages which says much for us to decipher! and your notes explain what's going on there. It looks like you have some bold vibrant colors on the wall there - credit to your great eyes as this keeps grabbing attention with its strong highlights. It's delightful, life-enhancing and great too that you've managed to show so much in one image. It's an excellent everyday scene and your awareness so well realised and shot. Great work! Congrats

there's something about these street art shots that draw me in. maybe its the colors, maybe its the art itself i'm not sure.

it was hard to pick which photo to comment on as i like all of them.

lots of attractive colors here, and i like the bold white border too. nice collection of photos
