Grand mum, a photo from Aquitaine, West

Confined on my flat, I have 2 balconies to look at the outside and as the weather is sunny I spend a lot of time on them. I saw this old woman with a child (see WS) who was carrying the motorbike and pressed the shutter. Looking at the image on my computer,I discoverd that itwas taken at 1/20s so the blur onthe feet and that the 2 feet are just under the toy's wheels. Luck again!
It reminds me some times where we go with my grand sons with a ballor even a scooter or bike in the park and they don't play with them, it was our duty to carry back the objects!

Hello Claude,
One reason why Swedish pre-schools and lower grade schools are still open is that elderly grandparents should not take care of children who may carry the virus without themselves being ill. Another reason is that parents needed for essential jobs should not be forced to stay home with their children.
The photo is not so sharp but the pink bike is catchy.

Another fine pair of shots from your balcony and, actually, I think I find your workshop picture the more appealing of the two as the play of light and shade is delightful in that one. But both are good.

Yes, the situation which Gert describes is what seems to apply here in U.K. - grandparents are old (like us) and so are a high-risk group and should not be looking after grandchildren. And, while most schools are closed, some are open as centres to care for the children of those workers who are considered to have essential jobs.

Salut Claude,il y a encore un peu d'espace sur le balcon de ma derniere photo pour le petit velo...ahaha...belle capture,pas la meilleure qualite' mais en effect les pieds caches par le velo sont un coup de bonheur tres haut. Excellente qualite' dans le WS,seulement une mauvaise correction des cheveux surexposees. Belle semaine et merci,Luciano

The accidental slow speed had resulted in a good touch of movement. A good out the window photo.

Very catchy, but take it Easy, Grandma!
Never underestimate a grand ma, going fast steadily - faster than your shutter speed while chatting on her phone. That's clearly beyond the established grandma's speed limit but she's definitely on a mission though, with that micro bike! Such determination, you have a strong point there! Excellent candid.
