Photographer's Note
This old crane is certainly one of the landmarks of Luneburg. I wish I could say that I have never seen a similar construction of crane before but actually I have a very similar one in my TrekEarth gallery photographed in different town, here:
https://www.trekearth.com/viewphotos.php?l=8&p=1096259
The crane which you see in this photo is an old historic harbour crane built in 1797.
I have absolutely no idea why the guy with a bicycle is walking down there along the riverbed. Judging by the interest of people on the riverbank above, I was not the only one who was surprised by this scene.

Hello Mariusz,
Lovely vertical picture with the old crane.
But the bicycle beneath are a little bit a surprise, is this a statue?
Excellent sharp and clear presentation.
Very well done, TFS.
Best regards,
John

Hello Mariusz,
This really is a good, tight crop.
The juxtaposition of the ancient crane and the huge weeping willow tree, really complement each other.
The people, gazing down into the river, create the narrative of the strange cyclist, in this interesting setting!
Maybe some foolish person had tossed his bicycle into the water! Who knows! But it added an extra bit of interest to your photograph!
My warm regards,
Bev :-)

Pozdrav.
Interesantan i lep pogled, dobar tekst ...
Lep zid, zeleno drvece i arhitektura na obali, dobro pokazano sa lepim bojama, kontrastom i uhvacenim trenutkom.
lepa fotografija i secanje.
Zelim vam lepu i mirnu noc, sve najbolje u novoj nedelji koja je pocela.
Paja.

Hello Mariusz,
I really like how you included this old crane and the tree both very well in this vertical and narrow composition. The sunlight rendered the colours very well saturated and with a pleasant warm hue.

Hello Mariusz,
The man with the bicycle has apparently made the impossible come true: riding over the railing into the river.
This is a very remarkable and original crane. I've never seen one like that before. Not even in a photo.
Beautiful light on the foliage of the tree.
I see that there exists a theme 'Cranes by Mariusz' but I think that an important picture from Poland is missing: the pride of Gdańsk, the old crane used for loading and unloading ships.
Best regards, Paul

Hi Mariusz,
The wooden covered crane looks like a dinosaur. Fortunately for the man with a bike, a plant eating one! I was wondering if the crane had dropped something in the river or a piece of it had fallen off? Tfs!

Hello dear friend and have a nice day
and a happy evening
my personal opinion is and the question too....
.....why this old crane is there so dangerous???
the construction is really interesting
but I am afraid about the safety of the old
crane...

Hello Mariusz, you could not fail to get a shot not only of the crane, but more especially the man and the bicycle!
It is a very interesting picture.
I haven't seen a crane like this before.
Thanks for sharing, kind regards, Jean.

Hello Mariusz.
For me a surprising photo, because I had never seen this type of crane so old in any of my trips, I suppose that currently it can be considered a museum piece, it is also new for me to see a guy walking along the river with a bicycle, like this that doubly your photo, has two historical reasons.
Good perspective of the image, very pleasing to the eye.
Colorful, sharpness and luminosity are captured effectively.
Very good composition, magnificent presentation.
Have a good start to the week.
Warm greetings.
Luis.
