Photographer's Note
Just when the world's highest cold water geysir near Andernach was about to blow up to it's maximum height of 60 ms, the sun started to fade.
Nevertheless I pressed the trigger.
Cold water geysirs work on carbon dioxide pressure, water temperature in this case is a low 20 癈 = 68 癋.

Pressing the trigger is the most important thing, and pressing it at the precise time.....................converts ana ametuer to a professional.
There is a little kinetic energy on the top.
f/11 seems to be the right choice under these tough conditions where everything is turning grey.
Well Done,
Rajeev

Hello Sven,
brilliant and really original(especially when it comes to its subject)shot!
I like here few different element, that together make your composition so successful.Like for example the color scheme of the image-grey tones look for me just amazing!
Furtheremore the geysir itself blowing the water so high create really superb dynamic feeling of the scene.
Kind regards
Krzysztof
